Tan Mei YinExperienced unpleasant customer service on the 1st Jan from 2 staffs working night shift on this day. Both are very condescending. While walking in and want to take a look at the menu board, I were asked to pick a bread selection which I mentioned let me have a look 1st. And when upon ordering a 'bowl' selection, which had been clearly mentioned 'bowl', the said staff again condescendingly mention 'pick a bread first' in a tone that sounded 'are you stupid'. And upon repeating that it is 'bowl', no apologies or acknowledgement was given. And when selecting either meal or non meal, the staff at the cashier yet behaved and responded rudely and condescending. I never had any bad experiences while dining in at this outlet. These 2 staff are new and I had never seen them before. Subway management needed to assess their staff on how to proper service paying customers.
LeeI’m extremely pleased with the Subway artisan who, at around 8:13 PM, thoughtfully used mixed greens to neatly separate the meat from the salad. While it wasn’t entirely possible to separate the meat from the vegetables due to certain constraints, she clearly understood my request and went the extra mile to assist me. Although I didn’t catch her name, as she wasn’t wearing a name tag, I truly appreciate her patience, effort, and attention to detail.
