Came on Sunday at 1230pm, was serve by Amirul, bought for my wife egg mayo and I didn't know that if you buy value meal sandwiches you get the meal as well for the same price. Amirul, inform me of this which is I'm very grateful for. Overall compliments to the staffs working for being friendly and informative!
Came in at around 6:30pm and accidentally ordered a sandwich with a side of attitude. Specifically asked for no jalapeños—apparently that was too advanced a request. Jalapeños were added anyway, and when I politely asked for them to be removed, I was met with a level of displeasure you’d think I had personally ruined her day. The highlight wasn’t even the wrong order—it was the dramatic facial expression and tone that followed. Truly impressive commitment to making customers feel unwelcome. If the goal was to turn a simple sandwich order into an uncomfortable experience, then mission accomplished. Would recommend if you enjoy being mildly judged while buying bread.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway outlet. The food didn’t look appetizing at all, and the dim lighting just made everything look even more unappealing. What made it worse was the service. I visited around 8pm on 16 March, and the staff member who served me (possibly John or Josh, Chinese boy anyway) was extremely unprofessional. He spoke so softly it was almost impossible to hear him, showed zero interest in serving customers, I honestly think that he doesn't want to be there (Managers please take note, and train your people?). This outlet really sucks, and there's a reason why it only has 2.9 stars.
