Kalai Selvi KHiiii... My name is Ms Kalai and I visited your outlet on 14th Sept around 8.30pm. I was served by Mr Fitri and Ms Mila. The service and the sandwich was crafted so SPLENDIDLY. It was the MOST BEAUTIFUL Subway sandwich I've ever had in my life!! And Ms Mila shared with me the upcoming promotion and was so pleasant. I've NEVER had such a WONDERFUL service in any fast food restaurant and your crew deserve a big applause for their excellent service and the professionalism. XuanGuy in charge of ingredients station super unhygienic. Wear gloves but keep rubbing the face with it. Kept losing focus and went over to cashier area when there are already 3 staffs over there due to mix ups and confusions of order. When he went over and came back to my sandwich, he will forgets what he was supposed to do, and kept retouching his face! Sandwich has just been laying there open for 10mins. No hygiene.......
jack jonesHi, I dined in for lunch here a few days back. I had the tuna sandwich meal. It was good, thanks to this young chinese girl who made it. Couldn’t recall her name, but would also like the management to take note about this specific malay young guy who wore glasses whom took over cashiering, he seemed to be in a bad mood that day, and rudely ask his colleague what order. I feel that that is not the way to talk to your colleague.
