Nana TetraTerible no queing system no lines and very confusing. people will just cut queue and staff has no situation awareness at all. Only serve blindly without knowing who should serve first. Got to wait more than 15 mins to order. Terrible.

andy ngI was trying to order the breakfast combo and stood aside to understand the menu and the prices. After about a few minutes, I realised the menu did not state the combo price, no state which category includes the drink. I approached the female staff who have completed serving the last person in the queue (nobody is behind too) to clarify the prices. In response she appeared very irritated, closed the covers to the food and left another male employee to answer my question. The male employee also got slightly irritated and wanted to point to me where the price of the combo is, but he also then realised it was not indicated. I feel that all of this could have been avoided if things are properly indicated, and service staff have some basic manners
