We settled for the white chocolate chip macadamia and had already gotten it as a meal. We wanted to exit and then she passed the chocolate chip cookies quietly to my toddler. Avlyn Athalia-Ann IseralMy helper went down to purchase my meal for me.. it was her first time ordering. She doesnt understand the flow of how to order though i did go through the flow with her. The lady staff was very rude, rushing her non stop though there was NO QUEUE behind her. Why is that necessary? This made my helper cry as she was affected by it. Please teach your staff some manners and patience. This happened between 12.30pm-12.40pm.
Z XPoor service provided at woodgrove outlet. Service quality used to be decent for Subway but I believe training standards have dropped. Definitely pricer and smaller portions, including ingredients, sauces and cookies. Cookies used to be able to fit paper bag nicely, look how small it is now.
