Cakes & CookiesCame in this morning around 9plus and place was not busy so no queue. Ordered a wrap and saw the server put my wrap with my chicken fillings in the microwave! When I sat down to unwrap my wrap, it was so hard & dry & I wasn't wrap tightly so looks like it will fall apart when I bite into it. When I had my first bite, the wrap was so hard & dry! Send it back and the other server asked the server to redo, this time he placed the chicken in the oven toaster. So by the time chicken came out, it was dry. And again he wrapped my wrap so loosely the veges are all dropping out even before wrapping. So I asked for a refund. Also the onions are all brown so they didn't bother to check before placing it outside to serve. Really disappointed. Never had this experience at other outlets.
