Ate half of my wrap and was not enjoyable cos half the time I was just chewing on the plain wrap and wondered where the chicken breast went. Turns out, the wrap was not rolled parallel to the meat. :(( furthermore the staff was very stingy with the ingredients compared to other outlets; she sprinkled the veges like she was sprinkling salt.. Hope subway can take this feedback seriously to improve the standards of this outlet.
As other reviewers has pointed out very poor service. First of all from previous experiences, I knew you wouldn't get fresh bread if you come early morning. So this time I came around 11 am. And the staff had just baked fresh bread. So when she asked what bread, I said I don't care which type, just want from those freshly baked ones. But she said it's too hot to serve. I told I want fresh bread. She said the other ones were freshly baked as well. Turns out she lied to my face. This was the Indian lady there. FYI, I'm Indian too - proof I too stood in line at the ATMs during the demonetisation. Subway makes such a difference if the bread is fresh. Luckily, I told to make it crispy, so at least could swallow it.
The Subway outlet at Oasis Terrace is a clean and modern spot to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, with a good selection of bread, fillings, and sauces. While the service is efficient, the seating area is cozy, making it a nice place to enjoy your meal. A great option for a healthy and satisfying choice when you’re in the area!
