Eric HAvoid this outlet if you value your loyalty points. I’ve been collecting stamps here and just got my 9th one this past Monday. Came back today for the 10th, only to be told "change boss liao" and my card is now useless. The staff called the new owner out, who simply pointed to the fine print saying they can change rules "at any time." It’s a shame because the card is even printed with a 2023 copyright - it's not like it's ancient. Treating loyal customers like this over a 6-inch sub is incredibly "stingy" of the management. Better to go to a different branch that actually appreciates repeat business.
Nicholas TanPlace is a joke. Came here once at 8pm on a weekend (opening hours supposed to be 10-10) and was told they had closed already. Ordered via Grab at 7pm+ on another weekend only to have the order cancelled after half an hour with no reason given. 3rd visit today and amazingly it’s closed again (sign says back at 425pm and I was there at 530pm). Just close down if you’re never open.
Xander CYThe staff were nice and the sub was ok. However for an extra $4.5, you give reasonable amount of waffle fries la and what? 4 pathetic pieces and some are not even cooked through. Totally felt like a ripped off, won’t ever get the waffle fries set again.
