Jay LimDear Subway Singapore team, I’m a loyal fan of Subway and have always enjoyed the quality and consistency at your outlets across Singapore. However, I’m writing to share a disappointing experience at your branch located at 452 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #01-1777, Chong Boon Centre, Singapore 560452, on 29 July 2025 at around 8:15 PM. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered issues at this outlet. The staff was unfriendly, gave very little vegetables and main filling, and even got my order wrong. The sandwich I received was extremely light — I’ve never had such a small portion from any other Subway branch. I also wasn’t given a receipt, and no one asked if I’d like to make it a combo. As someone who chooses Subway regularly and appreciates your usual service standards, this experience was quite disappointing. I would be happy to provide photos of the sandwich if needed. I sincerely hope you will look into this matter and take steps to improve the service quality at this location. Thank you.
Dea C.Indian lady was SO RUDE. Entered the store and said hello because there was no one at the counter. The lady came and curtly replied with a rude "what you want?". Throughout the whole process, she looked so unhappy and made it seem like we disturbed her peace. We're not expecting tip top service, we just want to be treated decently...... This was a rather disappointing experience. Advice for everyone is to just buy online to avoid interacting with her, if you really want subway lol.
Petals RaySo glad to have healthy food plunged into the neighborhood flats in Ang Mo Kio!... A place easy for parking & watching out for my bike while I catch a short meal before my ride. Simply love their new salad menu, the Ceasar Bowl! Delicious chicken thighs. Today i added in something savoury & light, like the nuggets. I'm surprised that it's much softer & tastier than the nuggets I had with a friend at one of the newest macdonlds branch... Which was small hard & dry... Didn't really know why. So I'm pretty glad for this good standard of food in the heartlands... Something simple, no fuss & yet delicious... A good place for both young & old for a hearty meal.
