TTTOrdered one of their new items which had chicken, mushrooms and along with the usual vegetables. Top up for a drink and cookie but was a little disappointed with the cookie. Can’t describe what’s the difference though. Service was great with Amy being really patient when I couldn’t make up my mind. Simple yet awesome lunch.
Eat AlongVisited this outlet recently and finally understood why the reviews are the way they are. The staff were not particularly friendly, and one individual—who seemed to be the outlet manager—looked consistently unhappy. When I asked a question, there was no response at all, which was quite surprising. I used to think the earlier reviews might have been exaggerated, but it turns out they were quite accurate. It’s a pity, as customer service really makes a difference to the overall experience. If you’re hoping for a warm and welcoming visit, you may want to manage your expectations before coming here.

Meals ended as no meal as first woman staff did not pass message to the next male staff. Ordered Melt but lady staff insisted only mushroom n chicken in it. Do they even know their menu? When I asked the male staff I ordered meal, he mumbled n did not want to answer again, answered mine is ‘regular’. At the friend’s place, opened up n the portion is PATHETIC. My total spent is more than $40 n I received such sad service n food. Now I just accessed google review, and read that same experiences have been going on in this outlet. Subway, please do your reputation a favor - CLOSE THIS OUTLET.
