When I arrived about 10 minutes early, they had already prepared half of the order while still serving the queue at the same time. I managed to collect my platter just another 10 minutes later. Great teamwork and efficiency. Thank you! Unlike the Compass One team. I even told them I was willing to wait, but they did not seem interested in helping and simply said their bread was only enough to serve the queue. Please don’t give customers nonsense excuses when you just don’t want to put in the extra effort. Thank you.
Pazel Puzzlevery terrible the staff was rude and had a attitude. at first i ordered three chicken delights the staff heard it wrongly and gave us chicken thighs and counted almost double the price for it. staff was waiting for us to pay, i insisted for them to redo it. staff had an rude attitude after being told that and gave half of what they normally gave sandwich was very light and small gave me 1 slice of cucumber for one of the subs. i asked for cheese and bbq gave me chilli and bbq. i am certain i said chicken delight instead of thighs.
veraCame here for lunch on several weekends. It can get quite busy (good for them!) Servers are nice and give decent portions of ingredients. * Chicken chorizo: The chorizo has a smokey and peppery flavour, and the cheese lends a nice creaminess to it. I like to get multigrain bread cuz it feels chewy. For the sauce, I like chipotle southwest for the zesty kick. I used to enjoy sweet onion, but not anymore as I find that the sweetness clashes with the chorizo and smothers its flavour. * Spicy beef taco: Only tried this once. Not a a fan and regretted choosing this from the first bite lol. The taco filling is mushy and I don’t like the way it gets flattened against the bread by the other toppings, because (1) it makes the bread flat and soggy and (2) the taco filling looks non-existent?? It definitely has that Mediterranean flavour, with a little bit of spice and smoke, but overall it is too weak and doesn’t come through all the veg (especially cucumbers and tomatoes). I wasn’t getting the spicy part either; in fact I got more kick from the jalapeños. I was also confused by what sauce to choose cuz of the “wet” nature of the filling. I got sweet onion but it didn’t pair well. I don’t think it needs any sauce actually. (Sorry for yapping but I really had so many thoughts about this sub LOL) Great selection of drinks here, with four flavours of Coke Zero (original, vanilla, cherry, cherry vanilla)! I like the outlet location as there are seats beside the glass railings, so you can have a good view of the mall below. Nice to chill and people-watch and have a peaceful lunch.
