A joy to watch the sandwich artist prepare your meal fresh. This place is within a foodcourt with a lot of seating. Go for their special combos!
Purchased 2 take-away orders from this outlet on a weekday evening, where there wasn’t a queue. Seems from my observation that there are more servings for the ingredients for a 6-inch one, as compared to the footlong one. (I ordered both) Did not try to ask for more servings, but I guess you should if you want! (Looking at other reviews which mentioned about small portions of ingredients haha; my assumption is that they didn’t voice out) Also like the cute wrapper design because of Subway’s celebrations. Perhaps it should be continued long-term as a suggestion haha.
I ordered the pizza meltz and was not able to choose the vegetables of my choice which I understand is the SOP, and so therefore asked to have the vegetables that came with the sandwich but remove onions as I was allergic. However,The staff named Kumar insisted that he could not remove the onion and kept repeating saying that they have to follow the SOP according to the company policy they cannot remove anything from promotional product. We tried to accommodate and ask for the onion to be placed outside the bread so that it does not come in contact with the bread that I will consume so that it will not trigger my allergy however the staff would not compromise. Thankfully in the end, the cashier staff allowed us to not have the onions. Understand that adding additional veg is unacceptable for promotional product which I accepted, however, not being able to remove vegetablesto accommodate my allergies is unreasonable. As a company that retails food products, I would like to feedback for the SOP to be abit flexible for removal of vegetables that customers might be allergic to so that despite allergies, customers are still able to enjoy the promotional menu and have the best experience with your company. Truly disappointed that Subway was so unaccomodating to a customer with special dietary needs.
