THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please make sure these staff get praised for their chipper attitude even during peak hour. :) While making my sandwich and the other customers, they were very patient and ensured that they understood the customised orders correctly. Their top tier service makes me excited to come back again.

Service staff are slow, three customers were waiting in line and no one was serving us till a lady in line rang the counter bell. Moreover, when asked if i wanted any add ons to my set meal, I ASKED, “Do you have hash-browns?” And the staff response being yes. However, was only told that the hash-browns i opted to add on for my breakfast meal was not available AFTER making payment. They charged me more to change it to an alternative for waffle fries. What kind of service is this? Utterly disappointed with the standard of service, this does not happen with other Subway outlets I patronise in. Not to mention there were not any scramble eggs for the breakfast flatbread set and thus had to stick with the alternative of egg mayo. Is the shop prepared for opening or not? Additionally, there were flies in store that were landing on the bread itself while preparing. Subway sandwiches itself has never let me down but the service staff do. Can the management team of Le Quest Subway outlet look into this?
