EnNa LâmI’ve been coming here almost every day for 3 years, and this is the first time I felt the portion was this small, so small I actually went to weigh it myself… and wow, only 410g. They say 400g is standard for a daily bowl, and okay, that’s fair, but this honestly feels way too little for what you get 🙄 I’m used to getting 500g+ every time. First time ever feeling this way. If I see that young couple serving me again… I might just walk away 😂
CSharing the same sentiments as some others about the service. I was waiting for a service crew to notice me but the crew incharge of the front food prep and cashier on duty failed to notice as they were all looking at the phone. Not sure if it's work related or not. Had to call for attention. The food prep front crew attended and then went to serve the next in queue. The cashier was STILL meddling with the phone with the kitchen staff despite knowing her colleague is already attending to the customer. Waited AGAIN until the cashier took her time to come over to settle the bill. So irritated.
eileen khooAs a grab rider representing customers to collect food , they work very unsupervised . Not following sequence , the order come in very early 30min food till cannot be done on time . Don’t know how they supervise tiong bahru plaza branch
