Very disappointing experience!!! During the peak dinner period, the staff appeared to prioritise Grab delivery orders while completely ignoring customers who were queueing in-store. I waited in line for more than 25 minutes, yet I saw a new Grab order come in and, within less than a minute, it was prepared, packed, and ready for collection. I understand that delivery orders are important, but it is unfair when walk-in customers who are physically waiting in line are left unattended for such a long time. There should be a better balance between serving in-store customers and fulfilling delivery orders, especially during busy periods. I hope Stuff’d reviews its operations and staffing so that walk-in customers receive a fair level of service!!!!
The angsty Malay server looks like she is sick of life. The veggies portion just keep getting and smaller. Weighing scale but they do not use it. I don't mind crappy service since its fast food but the portion is really bad. Feel like I'm dining. I was smiling while ordering politely the entire time, guess it didn't had any effect on the bad vibes I got at the store. Would have not commented if I was rude but I was just there to get a good meal.
The food is good, healthy, and convenient to choose all the ingredients you want. The price is generally student friendly as well, and filling for one person. I got the smoked salmon bowl and it was pretty good but a little dry especially when the mash potato comes into the mix. I usually get the chicken kebab. Would not recommend eating there it’s pretty cramped, stuffy, and noisy.
