hadley chinI really love Quesadilla and eat it almost every week. I visit several places all over the island, but the one I'm most satisfied with is the one at Funan by this lady (Fatinah)... She has a very serious work attitude and excellent skills. The crust she fries is very crispy and the crust is very firm... So today I really want to let the management of Stuffd know that she is an excellent employee.
Eric LimWas there at around 11am. Asked for 2 daily bowls and was told "Not open yet". I saw many half prepared bowls on the serving counter and asked then what are those. Was given reply that those were pre-ordered. So I stated firmly, website said you are opened; and indeed I see you are opened. So why cant you take my order. One of the 3 staff then said, Chicken is not ready. To my observation, it is not the chicken is not ready, but rather they have not cut the new servings. Then another staff replied, we are not opened. I never said I wanted chicken daily bowl but they assumed. So the stall is indeed opened but the two of them are simply lazy. Eventually, another staff apologised and took my order. Thank you. However, I need to say, the portion is way way less than 500g. See the pictures. Left one was bought at Bedok Mall yesterday and the right one at Funan. Much improvement needed.
lin qirenHad been buying a few times at Funan. Ever was served by Ms. Fatimah , whom i found her to be unpleasant to deal with. Served by a new staff today , and Ms. Fatimah whisper with her after she place the lettuce. When the new staff scoop mash and rice, it was half scoop only . i ask for a bit more , Fatimah shouted across from the cashier, want more add 1$ each. i reminded her that my usual daily bowl is about 500gm or more . i understand its never easy to get retail staff. but this staff is unruly , unaccomodating , and rude. Very scared to go back to Stuffd @ Funan. to be tormented and shouted at mid day.
