Ω_Spartacus_Ω1st time trying this salad bowl, so didn’t know what to expect of the procedures. walked around trying to figure out how to order or see what are the ingredients, but staff did not reach out to assist and then disappeared to nowhere. finally managed to ask the adjacent shop’s staff and he gladly assisted(even though not his problem). fast forwarded, got my salad bowl. reached home within 10 mins to eat. opened up and the food just look so dry. no 2 portions of lettuce, no 2 portions of onions, no 2 portions of smoky eggs. all only 1 portion.. i paid for those missing items.. the mash potato definitely tasted like add water to powder type. not fresh, dry n powdery. VERY disappointed the rendang chicken taste still ok, but really super dry n tough. broccoli just broccoli taste, no complain. the smoky eggs is just watery lumps of goo. macaroni taste normal but soggy. i was excited & had high expectation of the taste of the food, as always see long qs at other outlets. finally no q and i tried it my first time. BUT, disappointment was what paid for with the $10.30..
Kate HanyiThe portion inconsistency is getting out of hand. One ordered from 30/10 vs 20/11, the difference in serving size is ridiculous. The cucumbers given today were barely one serving despite me selecting two servings. Same for the macaroni given in my husband’s bowl. The photos speak for themselves. At this point it feels like a gamble whether you’ll get a normal portion or a half-empty box. Really disappointing and difficult continue support.
Rovik RobertLocation in the hospital for grab and go, although they don’t have a good system for calling out numbers. Mixed bowl was ok, but nothing impressive. Wish they had healthier versions for the bowls.
