The portions of vegetables were noticeably stingy, even though I selected only one vegetable option from the many available. When I politely asked the server if she could add a little more lettuce, I was told that she couldn’t because it would be difficult to fold the wrap. However, the explanation did not seem convincing, as the wrap was not particularly full or thick after it was prepared. In fact, it was still quite flat and floppy, even after I had taken a bite. This made the refusal to add a little more lettuce feel unnecessary. I initially thought I was the only one who felt that the portions were smaller than usual. However, after reading through the reviews for this outlet, it appears that many other customers have had similar experiences. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this store rather than an isolated incident. The attached photo speaks for itself. As a long-time customer, I expected better consistency and value from the brand.
LV hawI’ve been a regular customer with Stuff’d since their first outlet at Paya Lebar, from kebab $5.30 till nowadays $6.30. Since my working location has been moved to woodlands, Stuff’d causeway point has became my first choice of my lunch! I’m very appreciated and thanks to Lita, Ana, Grace, Cindy, and Yusuf. They are consistently friendly, passionate, and very patient even during peak hours they genuinely try their best to serve customers well. They even know my order when see my face 🤣. I’ve visited other outlet before, and the experience isn’t always the same. Some staff from other outlet appear impatient when dealing with customer especially peak hours. I do understand that sometimes the waiting time can be a little longer, especially with high volume of orders from GrabFood and Foodpanda. That’s waiting time completely acceptable for me, as the team is handling multiple orders at the time. Overall, this Stuff’d causeway point deserves 5 star rating for their hard work and maintaining great service.

They were all super friendly, patient and welcoming even during the busy period. The food was prepared nicely and the overall service made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best Stuff’d outlets I’ve visited. Will come back again for sure. Highly recommend!
