Bob BobbyHi Stuff’d management at Changi City Point, I’m writing this as a regular customer since 2024, as my workplace is nearby. Unfortunately, my experience has consistently been disappointing, especially during peak hours (11am–1pm and 5:30pm–7pm). Despite placing my order clearly in advance, the staff often do not follow it. Instead, they appear to add items arbitrarily, likely due to the rush. As a customer, it’s not practical to check every ingredient on the spot, so I only realize the mistakes after leaving and starting my meal. What’s more frustrating is that when certain ingredients like tomatoes or broccoli are unavailable, they are simply omitted without informing the customer or offering a replacement. This results in incomplete meals that do not reflect what was ordered. Portion sizes are also inconsistent and often smaller than expected even when I request double portions (e.g., broccoli). This has happened multiple times. Additionally, the food quality has been concerning. The chicken is frequently tough, and on some occasions, certain items have had an off smell, raising concerns about freshness. Overall, this experience makes it hard to recommend this outlet, especially for customers who value healthy, reliable, and accurately prepared meals. I hope management can look into improving order accuracy, communication, portion consistency, and food quality.
