I added extra chicken in my daily bowl and the portion of the chicken feels like its a little above 1 scoop only This is pretty much the same for burritos It would be great if this branch have proper portioning SOP in line with other branches My order number was called before it was ready, if i didnt double check, I would have left with an incomplete order

Dim APKVery disappointing experience. I ordered the Chicken Daily Bowl twice, and both times the chicken was missing when I opened my meal at the office. I had to go back there from very far. There were just two customers in queue including me, so I’m surprised such a basic mistake happened repeatedly. Can they pay more attention to order accuracy and check orders properly before handing them to customers. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and needs improvement. Very bad service.
