Based on all the one-star reviews and complaints, the portion size is significantly smaller than expected and completely inappropriate. The daily bowl was filled to less than half—this is utterly unacceptable. I visited on 22 Sep at 5 pm, and the staff on duty were talking and giggling, providing extremely poor service. Is this truly what you consider a full serving? I firmly believe I should only be charged half the price for this. Update: customer service replied on 24 Sep asking me to provide a receipt of the purchase. Please keep a copy of the receipt if you want to lodge a complaint. I find it ridiculous because I am keen to know who would have keep a receipt after consuming the meal.
