RegWe held our wedding at Grand Hyatt Singapore recently. We are very grateful for the services provided by Ms Rachel Ye. She had been very helpful from the start, guiding us through each stage of the planning process and providing much valuable advice. We felt reassured that the event will proceed smoothly and it truly exceeded our expectations. The logistic and event crew members were also super friendly and approachable. They made our guests felt at home and comfortable. Food was especially wonderful and we received many compliments from our guests on that. The chef took in our feedback during food tasting (e.g. on the spiciness of the dish) and delivered to our standards. The fish, chicken and seafood were all very fresh. We would definitely recommend Grand Hyatt as a hotel to hold weddings. Do also try out the food at Straitskitchen and Pete’s place. They are wonderful and delicious. Damai spa is also worth a visit. The masseurs are very professional and helpful.
Kendra SherrillThis is a stunning hotel! They just had a remodel in 2025 and it is beautiful. The rooms come with a daybed which was a pleasant surprise. The path to the pool feels like a jungle oasis - you forget you are in the city! But luckily you are right in heart of the city- the best part being it is right next to the transit station that gets you anywhere you need to go. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet is Anthony Bourdain approved! A fabulous place to stay!!
Ang DawnHad the most enjoyable 2 night stay at the grand Hyatt. Room was perfect, great facilities and spent hours at the pool with my kids. There was also a lot of variety at the breakfast buffet with high quality ingredients. Service was also top tier, special thanks to Mr Boey from sales department for being extremely flexible and accommodating to last min requests. Will definitely visit again soon.
