Ordered around 8pm and only gotten our food close to 8.30pm. It seemed like the two staff at the stall were prioritising delivery orders over walk-in customers. While waiting, we noticed several other customers also checking with them about their orders, so we were clearly not the only ones waiting a long time. The photos were taken before we started eating. The portion was disappointing, only a small amount of fries and coleslaw, and the fried fish was noticeably smaller than what we usually get from other western food stalls. Would not recommend this stall if you are hungry or in a rush. It appears that walk-in customers are expected to wait while delivery orders are prioritised.
Last fews weeks weekend peak hours, the experience at this western food stall was extremely disappointing. The queue was very long and the waiting time was unreasonable, with only two workers on duty, including the cashier. Despite many walk-in customers, the stall continued prioritising online takeaway orders, pushing walk-in orders further behind. Queue management was poor and inefficient. The chef was also very unfriendly and unapproachable, making the situation worse. Overall, this stall is not worth for long wait.
After waiting for 20 mins for my chicken wing in front of the stall without being called to collect my food, I asked the guy if my order was ready. He said soon, about 10 minutes more. I waited for another 15 minutes before asking again, and found out that my order has been sitting on the counter all this time. I was right in front of the stall but he left me waiting and my food was sitting there getting stale. Safe to say, I will not return.
