First time buying and loving it. The taro donut was really nice, not too sweet and taro taste is coming through, donut is still soft and airy though I place it fridge for about 20-30 minutes upon reaching home. Bought these 2 donuts for $6, pretty reasonable for the large amount of fillings and big donuts. Will definitely be back for other bakes! Staffs can be more friendly and approachable greeting customers, had to hint the staff I am going to buy 😅

Love how they blend traditional Taiwanese flavours with a modern twist, and I highly recommend trying their taro-orh-nee series! I had their taro mochi lava bun ($4), which is an enjoyable combination of salted egg, taro paste, & chewy Taiwanese mochi, all encased in a soft, fluffy bun — not too sweet too. French brulee bun ($3.20): a pastry I recommend heating up! The bun was slightly lao-hong (lost its crispiness) when I first tried it, so THIS TIME (2nd time) I air-fried it — enhanced the (slightly jelak but rich) custard flavour & brought back some crisp! Taro Orh Nee Waffle ($3.20) is made-to-order & slightly kueh-like on its own — which I actually enjoyed. Brought this home to air-fry, & it turned perfectly crisp on the outside with that chewy kueh texture inside. The pandan flavour came through stronger & paired beautifully with the chunky taro orh-nee spread. Loved the choux crispiness combined with the light, dreamy mix of taro orh-nee topped with their signature Hokkaido cream of their Taro Orh Nee ‘You’ Crispy Puff ($3.20) !! Taro Orh Nee Donut ($3.20) is great if you’re a donut fan with the perfect cream-to-donut ratio! Hokkaido Cream Apple Pie ($4) is their signature pastry — sweet, creamy, & dense (which I like), with chunky bites of apple. Right amount of sweetness and indulgence — perfect for your comfort cravings :)

The Hokkaido Cream apple pie (SGD4) is lovely. Flaky and buttery with the combo of cream and apple pie. It is a delightful surprise for the sweet tooth. Simple but tasty. Best consumed once purchased or store in the fridge for consumption later. There are no seats here, so you purchase and eat it elsewhere.
