Very competitive stall in Geylang Serai Hawker Centre. Many stall selling Nasi Padang in this malay based hawker centre. Most of them are doing well, good flavor and charging was high too. For this stall, the quality of Malay dishes was good, full of flavor with variety of choices. I brought a take away Nasi Padang which consists of 2 vegetables and 1 chicken thighs meat. Cost me $7. Which is usually $5.50 to $6 before covid. Very understand that the food cost nowadays is increasing tremendously. But I still feel the increase is way too high, perhaps $6.50 is more reasonable. Beside that, I must say that their service attitude was good, polite and patient when selecting your dishes from many they had offered. Overall, I pleased by their great taste of food they offered, definitely I will come back again but probably not so often due to the high cost of food.

Ordered 2 Nasi Sambal Goreng with Chicken. Total spent: $14. Use CDC Vouchers to redeem my food. Taste nice. Expect long queue. Worth waiting and the price is quite reasonable. They also accept PayNow.

I purchased food through Grab and purchased lontong kering. Unfortunately, they provided normal lontong instead. Considering it's a take away, no utensils were provided. For the nasi sambal goreng take away, it was neatly placed in the plastic container. For lontong, it's in a plastic bag. How am I supposed to consume it? Can the stall owner spare a moment for the customer? Not every take away will end up at home.
