joey lauI have visited this store yesterday at 6ish pm… the kiosk wasn’t very crowded. There were two employees on shift. One of the employees took my order was rather nice and pleasant. My encounter with the other was horrible. I asked if I could have a plastic bag [I m with a lot of heavy bags (non food stuff) and was on my way to the interchange to grab another bus home]. I was greeted with a super attitude facial expression n she said in a manner as if I was troubling her… “plastic bag 10 cents”. I was super disgusted by her tone and body language but I remain my cool and said “yes please” It took me a moment to unzip my bag to reach for my wallet since I was carrying my bags.. and there she was giving me the are you done digging face with her hand holding onto the red plastic bag that the market or coffee shop hawker use to pack your food.. wait… are the hawkers at the food Centre or coffee shop going to start charging us???? I gave her the 10cents and took the plastic bag. At the same time I noted probably some grab delivery orders pending pickup are in white plastic bags… I m hoping it’s not something that she is taking a personal gain since she did not key into her POS system. Definitely not going to patronize them ever again. Management ~ Please look into your customer service training as this is definitely not the kind of service we are looking for.
R TI have bought from this stall many times but am prompted to write a good review today because this lady (in pic) provided exceptional service. She was cheerful and it was a joy to interact with her in comparison to the other employees I’ve encountered. I hope her boss values her and the excellent service she provides even if this is just a snack stand. Food tastes good cos fried and seasoned. If you need a snack it hits the spot. The lady shook the fried stuff in seasoning evenly as well! Thanks!
Myrah SharifFood were made fresh upon order and payment. There was a little queue during peak hours. However, waiting time about 5 to 10 mins only! Very generous with the coating, I personally loved the BBQ flavour 😍 Definitely thumbs up!
