  On 26/08/2024, went here for dinner with friends. Placed my order roughly around 7pm. Total of 30 pieces of satay I’ve ordered. Long wait but still understandable. As me and my friends almost finished eating, my friend found a cockroach in the satay sauce. It’s mixed together inside with the sauce. I went to the aunty(probably the shop owner) and told her regarding about this. And she came back to our table, with another bowl of satay sauce. Ain’t it from the same pot?? It’s already contaminated at this point. And what’s worse, the aunty just laughed it off like it’s not a serious matter. No compensation, nothing. The uncle next to our table even told us, if it’s other people, probably it become an argument regarding about this. So me and my friends just left and really find this experience is disgusting. I will not come here anymore to eat. It’s really so so sad and to find a cockroach in the satay sauce after finished eating is just disgusting.

  Came and bought before looking at reviews. Chicken and beef satay were both beautifully tender. I usually go for the safe option with satay and only get the chicken, but found myself loving the beef more. Was really amazed. Mee soto was also comforting and damn good. No regrets. Sidenote: highly recommend eating it immediately after it's served while it's hot - meat will dry up and get tougher as it cools - but still good, still tender
