Hey team at Seoul Garden Hotpot IMM, just wanted to drop a quick note to shout out Noor Juwita for the amazing service during my recent visit! Right from the start, she was super welcoming, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our requests, which made us feel right at home. On top of her top-notch hospitality, the food was absolutely great, fresh, and delicious. Juwita really went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic, and she is definitely a huge asset to your IMM team. Please pass my sincere thanks to her for the awesome job!

One of the best Seoul Garden Hotpot. They have different varieties of drinks and dessert. Exclusively at IMM branch only. Their garlic fried chicken wings is one of the best so far. Their spicy squid is on the dot - not overcooked. Only branch with self serve kimchi, lotus root and radish salad.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Seoul garden hotpot but it was a place that we loved with hearty soup options that are yummy. However, this is my first time ordering a drink and it was disappointing since the menu picture showed a bigger cup. The difference in expectations as per shown in the menu really let me down :( Something else that I noticed is that the calculations of GST and service charge is a bit weird… they don’t charge the respective 9% and 10% on the net amount (e.g. $47) but rather, the charge it as a compound fee… e.g. after 10% service charge, they calculate 9% GST on top of it - [($47x110%)x109%] Sure it might be seen as a small amount but it somewhat gives the feeling of being taken advantaged of and that kinda sucks
