I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seoul Garden HotPot and would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, making for a very satisfying meal. What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding service provided by the restaurant manager, Andy Giu. Andy was courteous, attentive, and professional while taking my order. He thoughtfully recommended a lunch set instead that offered a better value, In addition, he noticed that I was having difficulty opening my bottle of mineral water and kindly offered his assistance without hesitation. His attentiveness and willing to go the extra mile reflected a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. Andy are a valuable asset to the company. His professionalism and friendliness enhanced my dining experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for his service and look forward to visiting Seoul Garden HotPot again in the future.
It has been awhile after my last korean trip that I thot of giving our local outlet a chance, since my fave one at Parkway closed down. Craved for my favorite dishes like the chicken bibimbbap, ginseng chicken soup, kimchi pancake, fried chicken . So ordered them to give myself a yummy weekend treat. The dishes were well prepared with fresh ingredients and I managed to slowly finished most of the items. So it must be good as I m rather picky. The kimchi pickles was yummy. A nice place to have a quiet meal with friends or family . As it was halal, popular with the young muslims who has a niche on korean food as have travelled there. Nothing beats enjoying some new asian food to bring back ones travel memories.
Took my mum for a Hearty & Comfort Set for 2 pax ($58) which comes with 2 mains, 2 sides, & 2 drinks, & is available only for a limited time. [mains] Wagyu Beef Jeongol was chef’s recommendation, so we had to try this !! Would’ve loved the wagyu to be a tad more tender, but the stew itself was warm, flavour-packed with a mild spicy-savoury kick. Loaded with QQ noodles, hotdog, baked beans, egg, mushrooms & luncheon meat — super comforting & SEOUL-ful. Soft-shell Crab Bap is back by popular demand !! Crispy, well-seasoned crab paired nicely with gooey egg yolk & crunchy veg. Good ingredient-to-rice ratio, available in Original or Hot & Spicy. [sides] we had 2 Pc Mandu which I liked !! Crisp edges with a savoury filling. 4 Pc Seafood Pancake had enjoyable flavours overall, though portions felt a little small. [drinks] Iced Lemonade Tea was refreshing & not too sweet. Iced Barley Tea had classic roasted notes, light & not diluted. Soft Shell Crab Honey Citron Glaze & Soft Shell Crab Hot & Spicy ($12.90 each) were both nicely crispy, though sauces lean on the sweeter side. Still p worth it for crab !! comes with free-flow lotus root, kimchi & pickled veggies ~ * CCP outlet not valid for weekday lunch dining! and special thanks to Staff Andy Qiu for being super friendly & approachable !!
