Highly recommend to come in the morning because the vibes were more chill and the staff had more time to assist us. After 12.30pm, the crowd got a lot bigger. I would like to express my appreciation to Juwita in particular for her incredible service and professionalism ❤️ She really went above and beyond to help my family; many of whom have never visited a hotpot restaurant before. Loved her special sauce that she made for us! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and will definitely go back!!
Anne MonicaFirst time dining and i was surprised with the very reasonable price and excellent quality foods.. if you chose your tier- go for supreme tier and you wont regret for sure.. i was served genuinely and i was very happy and given a comfortable place since im a single diner. Very happy and will make sure to come back with my family and friends.. thumbs up to juwita.. she is very genuine and friendly.. always smiling and very attentive.. the team is very good and i can see the teamwork which is very impressive for a buffet restaurant.. when i called signalled to juwita i finished eating.. another male staff helped to clear everything from my table to make me feel comfortable.. that was awesome!! Staff awareness is superb.. all staffs are helpful., im very touched with the service and would highly recommend this place..
