Yes it is halal chinese food. most halal chinese food had some form of standard. this is just using popcorn chicken and pre fried fish with various sauces. only the rich and fried egg taste like chinese tze char rice set. don't bother! can't find the Northpoint city outlet. but since it is a chain , should be the same.
