Shu Ying ChenDisappointed with my recent visit to Saybon. I ordered the Truffle Aglio Olio pasta, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations. The pasta was overcooked and soggy, lacking the firm texture you would expect. It also didn't taste like a traditional aglio olio, with very little garlic flavour coming through. On top of that, the dish was overwhelmingly spicy, which completely overpowered the other flavours and made it difficult to enjoy. Overall, the quality of the pasta was disappointing and I would not visit again.
Cherry HueVery disappointing experience. We ordered the mushroom pasta and it was by far the worst dish of the meal. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce lacked flavor, and the mushrooms tasted bland and unappetizing. We also tried the crepes, but they were nothing special and didn't make up for the poor quality of the pasta. Overall, the food did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
