This big vegetarian restaurant has been around for many years, and we’ve visited it multiple times. The quality has always been consistent, which keeps us coming back. This time we had the Udon Shoyu Soup and Kimchi Gochujang Fried Rice. Both dishes were very enjoyable — well-balanced in flavour, not overly strong, but still rich and satisfying. The prices are also very reasonable, especially considering its central location, making it great value for money. They also have several other outlets under the same group, each with different concepts such as Japanese cuisine, noodle shops, and Korean food. It’s clear they have a well-developed and diverse F&B brand. The branch we visited this time has a particularly wide menu selection, which makes it easy for everyone in the group to find something they like. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back again.

Visited Saute San on a Friday evening for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised to see an “Orh Luak” section on the menu. Food and service were good overall, and the mala fish was tasty. However, it was a little disappointing that the gravy could not be refilled even after requesting. The platter is also slightly pricey, so it may be better to order the individual sides instead. Overall still a decent dining experience.
