4 stars for the service! Since I came with my other 2 friends, we ordered the one with price SGD50. We ordered around 3 types of satay which are beef, mutton and chicken and 2 rice cakes. At the end of the day, the aunties kindly gave us 1 free rice cake, 2 satays. In the midst of eating, they keep giving us more peanut sauces and the side dishes. Truly appreciate the kindness!

Tonight, the satay from stall 6 was quite enjoyable, and there was no queue, unlike stalls 7 and 8. The pricing seemed reasonable. It appears that stalls 7 and 8 occasionally struggle to maintain their food standards, possibly due to their high volume of business.

We tried the chicken, mutton, beef, and duck satay – all were outstanding. Each skewer was beautifully charred, tender, and packed with flavour, perfectly complemented by the rich and aromatic peanut sauce. Hands down the best satay we’ve ever had. Definitely worth the wait for Satay Street to open at 3 PM on Saturdays rather than settling for City Satay inside Lau Pa Sat. A must-visit for satay lovers!
