Inara Raeda ChuyiMy first time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised by the food, customer service and ambiance. The food was well-seasoned and the portions were good, even for someone who eats a lot. I got the DanDan Chicken Ramen, which is the soup version of the DanDan Egg noodle. I got it mixed up and checked with the waitress if they cooked it differently, and she kindly informed me of the difference. Even though I was completely satisfied with what I had(and finished everything), she even checked if I wanted the dry version. On top of that, she offered a free pandan dessert after, which she didn’t have to do, but was very sweet of her. I also ordered the wonton soup and it was delicious too. Warm and nourishing for a rainy weather. Ofc, their pandan dessert was good too, so I had to give a good review for this peaceful and polished place. STI ordered the nasi lemak set for lunch and it was very authentic. The chicken was well-marinated and flavourful, and the chilli was spicy enough 👍 The portion was big — I couldn’t finish it! For the price, it’s definitely value for money because the food tastes really good. The service was prompt and friendly. I also understand from the chef that the ingredients are prepared in-house and everything is handmade in the kitchen, which I really appreciate. I tried the pandan pudding as well — it tasted very good and unique, with a bit of a Nyonya style, which I liked a lot. Overall, I’ll definitely come back to try their Chinese dishes next time!
Hatta Santoso OngI had lunch at Sari Rasa and really enjoyed it. I ordered the beef rendang rice, and it was excellent. The beef was very tender and the rendang gravy was rich, fragrant, and full of flavour. It was one of those dishes that tastes like real home-cooked food. The set came with rice, a sunny-side-up egg, achar, and some fresh vegetables, which helped balance out the richness of the rendang nicely. What I liked most was that the food tasted authentic and comforting. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming!
