Having not had a good experience at Jurong Point many years back, we decided to give it another shot since they have a 4.8 stars rating at the point of researching - and was glad it was really good! Across the dishes we ordered, none of them was bad except the spring roll. 🐠 The fish was rather meaty and I absolutely enjoyed the skin, and the abundance of vegetables that came with it too. 🥬 the kangkong was good when cooked this way, with all of us enjoying it 🍗 the yellow ginger chicken was special and good as well, definitely not something we are used to having There’s just no complaints across the board, definitely a good choice for future visits if we are craving for Thai food 👍🏻
The food was very delicious, I had the basil tofu with rice and the kang kong leaf. Both were delicious. The food was reasonably priced and the complimentary popcorns were good. The 2 sauces were amazing especially the green one.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The food, however, was okay but unfortunately far from excellent. The Pad Thai had a good base flavor and was enjoyable overall, but it was topped with too much parsley, which slightly overpowered the dish. The lemon slice served with it was also quite dry, which made it less refreshing than expected. The shrimp omelette was generously portioned, but unfortunately much too fatty for my taste, making it feel rather heavy. All in all, it’s a nice spot for a casual meal with friendly service, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to refining the dishes.
