E. GohService 3 starts because it's normal for a Thai food restaurant, don't judge me 😅 The food 4 stars because I think although they are good but don't taste original enough for full 5 stars. Beef kai-nan like kinda great but not sure I had the original before. Overall, a value good meal!
Ryan LimJust had lunch at Sanook in Kovan. The food is okay, service is fine — nothing extraordinary but no issues. What stood out was how thoughtful the staff were with our toddler. They noticed we had a young child, so they automatically prepared a baby chair and kids' cutlery without us asking. They also made sure to serve the hot dishes away from where our kid was sitting. Really appreciated that sensitivity. Ordering is via QR code, payment at the counter. Overall a good family-friendly option if you're in the area.
Annie LCVisited this Thai restaurant today and had a really lovely experience. We ordered the Daily Set for 2, and it was absolutely worth the price. Our child’s meal was delayed while the adult dishes arrived first, and the waitress noticed immediately. She came over on her own initiative to talk to my child, and gently asked him to wait patiently while assuring him his food was coming. Such a small gesture, but it made a big difference and showed real care and professionalism.
