DL DLHorrible service today at Vivo 15 Aug 12noon Been buying waffle everyday. Today waffle can be seen in picture. One big one small. The thin one is extremely thin. Not even half of the normal portion. Only 30% of the normal size . Usually the young girl and Malay guy give the standard size. But this aunty is really ridiculous. Pls avoid them to avoid disappointment . I felt shortchange and I even saw her didn’t close the lid while making the thin piece . It’s truly a turn off to see no hygiene at all. DO NOT BUY SUCH A THIN WAFFLE. It’s really not nice because it has no normal waffle texture. I only realised this after I get in my car.
Ibti halIs pathetic. I ordered one waffle for 10mins but without me Knowing my waffle was done and i was just standing in front of the cashier. They could have call me and tell me order is ready instead of just leaving the waffle at the counter top of the waffle. And now i have to rush for work
Adeline TanHave patronised a few times before.Service is good and bread alright. However last Friday bought 2 items and when I returned home realised they were literally cold to the touch! Feedback to the company via their feedback email but no response till now.
