I had an amazing meal featuring the unagi mentai dry udon and mala mentaiko maki. The maki was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of heat, while the unagi udon stood out with its chewy noodles coated in a creamy mentaiko sauce. The tender unagi on top, glazed with a touch of sweetness, made every bite incredibly satisfying and indulgent.
The warrior beef dry udon had such tender and juicy beef, paired w the chewy udon that absorbed the umami flavours. The double salmon chirashi don had a refreshing kick that was not too spicy and just right. Would definitely try their other bowls in the future.
Had the Chicken Teriyaki Don. For $9.90, the quality and quantity was very worth it. Huge chunk of cut up chicken thigh, well-seasoned, tender and juicy. The accompanying Japanese pearl rice and soft boiled egg, made the meal complete. The amount of ingredients covered the rice. Service was quick and we got out order in less than 10 minutes. Will try their other dishes again soon.
