    Went there on Wednesday during evening time with family. The service was too slow. We walked in and find our own table. The staff just sitting inside and just watch us walking in without any intend to approach the Customers. We still continuing to sit and place an order. We odered Beef Fried Kway Teow and some of the items. After waiting for 10mins then the staff came to inform that they're running out of some soft can drinks that we oder. Offered other alerntives drinks which is Coke and also offer to pour the drinks onto the glass instead giving us the can. Taste of the drinks was tasteless and its like been open and left for quite sometimes. The Beef Fried Kway Teow was too oily. This is not my 1st time to this Restaurant. I hope they can improve on their services.

    Underrated and Halal-certified! Sakura in Eastpoint Mall serves quality Chinese-Thai food at a good price point. Even at peak lunch hours, you can usually find a seat easily. They offer single-serve noodles for solo diners and value-for-money set menus for 2 pax and above. Definitely worth a visit if you want a calm dining environment!

    Dear Sakura, thank you for going the extra mile to help me deliver my food. I had ordered 3x beef fried rice and 1x kampung fried rice via a delivery platform. Perhaps due to peak period, you missed packing 2x beef fried rice. I am unwell today and had decided to order food for my children. I had to refuse the refund because it is already late and I needed to give my children dinner. Ordering would have taken another hour at least which I didn't have. The delivery rider should have checked the items against the receipt in my opinion. The number of items in the bag didn't tally with the number of items on the receipt. Thank you very much for helping me with my request to help deliver the food for my children. I wanted to rate you all with 10 stars but the max is only 5. Thank you very much Sakura staff. Means the world to us.
