Another Big BiteOne of my favorite thai restaurant to a casual & happy belly meal. Not to miss is the Signature Fried crispy seabass glazed in a tangy, spicy & sweet Thai-style sauce. Tomyum lovers will find Red Tomyum Seafood cooked with traditional Thai spices and condiment prefect for the spicy and sour taste with generous large prawns and seafood. We ordered wok-tossed crisp & flavorful Thai Kailan with Mushroom for lunch that will definitely finish our plate of fragrant Thai rice. Traditional Thai Iced Milk Tea & refreshing Lemongrass to complete our Thai meal. Highly recommend.
CQuick fix if you crave for Thai food. Not the best/authentic I had for sure. Not sure why there’s white cabbage in Tom yum soup, beef was not fragrant felt like it was throw in after blanching although the kailan itself was great, thai basil also had long bean that’s way undercooked/hard. The only good thing is they have membership where you can redeem free dish on first visit, second visit and dessert on birthday. Otherwise it’s unlikely I will revisit.
NurDelicious food, but very poor customer service. It was our first time dining here and we ordered two set package meals. Unfortunately, the wrong food was served to us, which resulted in an extra charge of $8.50 for an omelette that we genuinely thought was included in the package. A staff member later approached us to inform us of the mistake, but the manner was as though we were at fault. There was no apology, and the staff simply walked away. What made the experience worse was seeing the staff laughing about the mistake loudly while we were still having our dinner. 10% service charge were paid for this bad service. No matter how good the food is, poor customer service leaves a bad impression. Sadly, this experience has discouraged us from returning.
