SarahOrdered for dine-in, but my order was mistakenly packed as takeaway. A kind makcik offered to help repack which I appreciated. Unfortunately, another staff member responded rudely and scoffed, saying they could “undo it and cook again.” The attitude completely put me off and I lost my appetite, so I just agreed to bring the food home instead. What made the experience more frustrating was that a customer who ordered after me received their food before I did, despite the 20min wait. Mistakes can happen, but customer service and better order management would go a long way. Perhaps less time spent chatting and more attention to customers’ orders could help avoid situations like this.
syed Ibrahim YusoffI visited the restaurant recently. The staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming. The service was excellent and prompt service. I ordered the beef biskerts combo with rice consisting of iced tea and mango ice cream. The beef soup were excellent tasty with plenty pieces of meat and tendons. What really made me happy were the mango ice cream consisting of mango slices cocktail fruits and pemplo sacs. This is my first time trying the dish. Its very excellent. Overall the whole combo was excellent choice. The fried chicken mix are excellent too 👌
Kin K ThamFast food at restaurant price. Seating is uncomfortable. I got grill chicken breast and I hate chicken breast. The meat balls are tasteless. The dry noodles are really dry. Only the mango sweetheart meets expectation. The lemon grass drink is average.
