AliceSaap Saap Thai is typically more of a self-service concept, so the level of service we received was truly exceptional. Ayul at the cashier was friendly, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience — even helping us with additional Grab Dine Out codes. He made our family feel really welcome. Food was good, and portions were generous too. Overall, a great experience — thank you!
Alice GunnestrandFood came quickly and was delicious! I got the Rice Combo with the Thai Garlic Black pepper crispy chicken, Ice thai tea and the wing and drumstick. Cost was 14:50 and portion was generous in my opinion.
Aiko5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for poor hygiene standards and horrendous service from staff. A dead fly was found embedded in the ice of my thai milk tea. I drink 70% of the drink before noticing a black dot within my drink. Absolutely disgusted I drank fly juices. Went to bring it up to the staff's attention and they replied "ALAMAK"... I was actually fuming. They then offered to exchange the drink, but I already drank it? Went to throw up my meal in the toilet afterwards. Went to email in feedback to the company and they were kind enough to offer $20 VOUCHER to eat their flavourful food again. 🪰 Never eating from saap saap thai again 🤪
