Just a few days before CNY, I visited the bakery to enquire about pre-ordering baguette bread. I was informed that pre-ordering was not necessary, as the staff assured me that there would be confirmed stock available if I arrived before 9.30am (the shop opens at 8.30am). I was also informed that the shop would remain open on CNY Eve. Hence, on CNY Eve, I arrived at the shop at 9.15am, only to be surprised that there were no baguette breads left, which was contrary to the assurance given earlier. When I questioned the staff member on duty, she responded in a raised and abrupt tone, saying, “Because a lot of people came and bought.” This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I will not be patronising the shop again, as I should not have to deal with such an attitude when I simply want to purchase bread. After reviewing past customer feedback, I am thankful that there was no bread left, as it spared me from further disappointment.
1st time here. A decent size bakery shop.. Deco is simple.Staff was friendly. Currently there's an offer. One bread@ $4/ If ya get 3,it's @$10. bread I bought felt heavy on the dough side. Maybe they added too much flour. Taste is reasonable. The coconut bread was nice.
your staff (girl whom wear glasses and working night shift). Her customer service attitude was terrible and she treated customers with disrespect. I really enjoyed the sandwiches, but her attitude made me feel disrespected.
