  The chilli is not the usual kind, it’s a little sour but I love it! The chicken too is not your typical steamed or roasted but I loveeee it! Maybe I was very hungry but everything on the chicken rice set tasted so good! Mantou + Chilli crab sauce and the Thai style tofu I give it a 3/5. I also love that at dinner, it’s quiet and service was quick. Will definitely be back with my family!

  Food was serve correctly went on Sunday just nice came for T5 experience happened to saw this place n quickly chope seats. Was told to order thru QR n make payment then after our food will be prepared. Price is what to expected at Changi airport. Overall nice dinning experience. Love and no regret getting their chap chye jus that cutting of cabbage is quite huge not able to chew well for elderly r children

  Tried ROOST today and had the thai sweet and sour chicken with rice - it was really yummy. The chicken was super tender and juicy, and the consistency really stood out. The staff mentioned that the owner invented a patented auto machine to cook the chicken, which honestly explains how well it’s done. It’s a modern but comforting take on our local chicken rice. I also liked that their mains come with a small side of their signature chicken, so you still get to try it. The chilli sauce was tangy and flavourful, and service was great, especially from the manager Jimmy. Would definitely come back again 👍🏻
