Joanne SiewWe typically buy our freshly made apple strudel from the AMK Hub. For many years, if is one of my family’s favorite dessert. Today, we bought it from Bishan J8 and were horribly disappointed when we were given a pre-made apple strudel. This is the first time in many years that the apple strudel was not made fresh. Additionally, as seen in the picture, there was a very long strand of black hair between the layers. We had to throw out a portion of the apple strudel and the remaining portion was not crisp. Do avoid this branch at Bishan which seems to be black sheep!
L LI bought the full size apple strudel for dessert after dinner. We have more than 10 pax and we could only finish 3/4 of the strudel. It was delicious though. You must give it a try!
