Special shoutout to Nurisa and Mark in the Executive Lounge and Peggy from Front Desk for the world-class service. Mark was especially helpful in arranging vegetarian options for my guest during tea time. Truly thoughtful service in a beautiful property with greatly convenient location in the city. We will be back!

Hui Fang took care of our VIP table to the T - she served each of us personally with patience and a beautiful, warm smile throughout. When we requested additional condiment and drink to keep us energised through the long day, those requests were fulfilled with ease and we really appreciate it. She also surprised me pleasantly by letting me try different kinds of wine. Joel was also attentive to my elderly folks, personally walking them and showing them the way to the restroom. All the banquet staff were also very attentive in folding our napkin whenever we left our tables. Please give the above mentioned staff their well-deserved bonus and raise where possible.

From the initial planning to the actual day, the coordination team Ali Chan (Senior Banquet Manager), Joyel (Assistant Director Banquet Manager), Mages ( Banquet Manager) and Eddie (Director of Banquet) together with Chef Ku and his team from Golden Peony, Aunty Hui Fang (tea lady) was incredibly organized, responsive, and stress free to work with.On the wedding day, the banquet service was flawless. The staff was professional, attentive, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. They made sure our guests were well looked after and that the entire timeline ran perfectly. Our guests also highly praised the delicious food and elegant setup.Thank you to the entire team for making our special day absolutely perfect and unforgettable.
