Wanna share, I don't eat all of their items in a specific set meal there, only specific items in a set. In the end I ordered the ala carte item that I like and with rice. To my horror.. one egg cost $1.30!! WHAT? THIS EGG MAKE OF GOLD? Same price as the rice???? Still got what open item charge? I buy ala carte items with rice don't you need to give me plate to eat ? Still need to charge a $0.30 for open item? I dine in leh hello?? The finale straw is chili. Chilli also need to be charged cos I choosing ala carte items?? He told me only sets come with chili and ikan bilis. If without ikan bilis I'm ok still acceptable but nasi lemak without chili how I eat? Still need to pay extra money just because I ordered ala carte items with rice? It's more expensive than set meal hello. Isn't chili supposed to be provided for me ? I am paying much more than set meal leh. Qiji earn alot of money. Chili also wanna charge.. open item oso charge. I'm not going to return.
Qi Ji nasi lemak is quite standard. Not the best, not too lousy. But recent price height is too much. Please take care of our wallets if you want us to take care of your business.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Qi Ji for years and usually don’t leave negative reviews, but today’s experience was disappointing. It took around 10–15 minutes just to place my order, and after waiting another 20 minutes I checked with staff. I was told there were 14 orders ahead of mine, which was surprising given the stated waiting time. Five minutes later, I requested a refund, but only received it back after another 5 minutes. The crew seemed to be trying their best under pressure, but clearer communication and more realistic wait-time estimates would greatly improve the customer experience. Better queue management and support during peak hours could also help prevent bottlenecks. Qi Ji’s food has always been enjoyable, which is why I’ve continued to return. I hope the service can be strengthened to match the quality of the food.
