Kelvin TayA73 counter staff needs to improve. Register at kiosk, printer paper says to wait for counter staff to call. We obediently waited. After 15 mins, saw many patients actually approached counter staff immediately after getting the printout. I approached the counter, then only they look into our case. So, are we supposed to wait for their call, according to first cine first serve.... or.... I should just approach them upon receiving my Printout

Level 2 of Tower A has a bridge which connects to Devan Nair Employment Institute and other Jurong East shopping malls.
