Food generally okay but service attitude and drinks quality very bad. Ordered a cold soy milk but came with lots of cluttered powders that are not dissolved. Also now realize their soy milk is not fresh, made from powders
Popiah is extremely sweet. When we ask for a new one to be made less sweet, the reply just came as made already and cannot be changed expecting us to finish the overly sweet Popiah.
Very disappointed to find pieces of plastic inside the popiah I bought from this place. The plastic was very soft and thin, so much so that it could easily be mistaken for part of the vegetable filling. This is especially dangerous for kids, who wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Even adults might just swallow it without noticing, especially since many people don’t chew thoroughly. In fact, I myself swallowed some of the small plastic fragments before I realized something was wrong. I emailed Qiji immediately to report the issue, but they haven’t replied at all. This kind of food safety issue should be taken seriously. Please check your food carefully if you order from here.
